It is a new league its set up rosters will be coming later on as well as free agents.
You can do what you please with your team but i wont be putting anything into the program till October 5th after basketball tour is over at that point i will sim hardcore for a week to make up for it.
I will also be looking for a reserve simmer for when i have other tours the league can keep going.
